Service Description
Your initial consultation will usually be up to 75 minutes long. This will give time to go through a detailed case history including medical and social history to help identify any issues and discuss what is going on with your body. I will explain what craniosacral therapy is and what to expect and then give you a treatment to help you feel better. I will explain my findings and there will be plenty of time to answer any questions you may have. At the next session we can discuss self care and what you can do to improve your health or other issues you may have. There are no set number of sessions, as everyone heals at their own pace. For adults, I often recommend a course of around six treatments to allow the nervous system time to settle, rebalance and integrate, though this will always be discussed and tailored to you. Some people may need fewer sessions and others a regular reset.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee, as this time cannot usually be offered to another client at short notice. I understand that illness and unexpected circumstances do arise, and these will always be considered with care and discretion.
