Pregnancy & Postnatal

Whether you're feeling discomfort, overwhelm or the strain of pregancy or new motherhood, my gentle craniosacral approach can help your body unwind and find balance again.

Your pregnancy hormones allow your body to loosen and adapt, you may feel new sensations, discomfort or overwhelm. This stage offers a unique window for easing back pain and releasing long-held injuries through gentle craniosacral therapy, all in the safe hands of a former midwife.

We saw Mel when my baby was 4 months old and I wished I had gone sooner. Before, he seemed so unhappy and cried a lot and feeding was always such a challenge......At the first appointment, he came in crying, not feeding not sleeping and minutes after passing him to Mel he was laughing and smiling. I left with a happy baby. We went once a week for 4 weeks and each appointment his mood was better and better.

Our 4 month old favoured looking one way over the other when sleeping which was causing his head to flatten. After just one session it made a huge difference and he was voluntarily sleeping with his head on his least favourite side. With just 3 sessions, his head already started to change shape.
