Service Description

At follow-up sessions, time is taken to gently check in with how you’ve been since your last appointment and to notice any changes or new concerns. Using light, respectful touch, I continue to listen to your whole system, particularly your nervous system, supporting ongoing release, balance and integration. Each session is guided by what your body needs on the day, within a calm and supportive space.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee, as this time cannot usually be offered to another client at short notice. I understand that illness and unexpected circumstances do arise, and these will always be considered with care and discretion.
