For Adults - Our nervous systems are excellent at managing our bodies at times of stress. However, every form of stress, whether physical, emotional, psychological or trauma can delay this repair work and so the body starts to function ‘a little less perfectly’. We may start to experience headaches, feel tired all the time, anxious, run down, bloated, irritable, disconnected, to name just a few. This is where craniosacral therapy can help, with the therapist finding blockages in the system; releasing them and allowing the body to heal itself.
